Alexander Krzeczunowicz was born in England and educated at Bradfield College, where he was a Moulsdale Scholar, and the London School of Economics.  His early career was in the international capital markets with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank where he traded Eurobonds and at Tokai International where he ran the Middle East Coverage desk for international fixed income instruments. 

Alex was the founder of Arion HC Ltd, a venture capital incubator developing two software applications in communications monitoring, Star-map and a direct marketing solution, Pay-day.  

Alex has many years experience in strategic and human capital consultancy primarily, but not limited to, the financial services industry (he has consulted to amongst others the Film industry, Architectural and Building Services sector and in Consumer Electronics.)  

Alex has led a number of consulting practices and has personally consulted all over the world to some of the largest and most prestigious financial institutions including Banks, Insurers, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds and a major Stock Exchange.
